Dearest
Oprah Winfrey, I am an inmate at the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, NJ. The reason for me writing you is because there
is a facilitator who helps the inmates here. Her name is Ms. Dawn Breedon and she is the Inmate Advocate here.
She
has written a book about her life, dealing with abusive topics. Through her personal struggle not only did she believe strongly
in God but she contracted HIV. Ms. Breedon's attitude is so positive and she helps not only the females here with personal
issues, but also the males. She gives direction any time she can. She is a beautiful women full of energy and beautifully
maintained.
I am just writing to you Oprah because you also see beauty in people. I acknowledge her for her outstanding
will to live on, in such a positive way. She is truly a blessing to me and an inspiration to us all.
Oprah, Ms. Breedon's
book is called "Remember to Breathe." It would be such a wonderful experience for her to meet you and discuss her book personally.
She also deserves to be recongnized by other women, not just of color but for anyone that thinks they have a dilema holding
them back form living!!!!
Sincerely, Inmate BCJ
